Preparation and Assembly Instructions for Metal Castings

CAUTION: Figures contain LEAD. Clean hands well after handling. NOT RECOMMENDED AS PLAYTHINGS FOR YOUNG CHILDREN

Tools:
• Metal clippers
• Small pen or X-acto knife
• Assorted smallmetal craft files
• Quick setting epoxy or "super-glue" gel
• Small pin vise or hobby drill

1. Using the clippers, cut away any large pieces of metal "flash"(metal left attached to figure after removal from mold).
2. Use knife to remove any remaining "flash" that is too close to get at with the clippers.
3. File the figure clean --- be sure to remove the seam lines from the figure.
4. If necessary,drill holes to allow proper assembly.
   NOTE: Test fit prior to gluing
5. Assemble figure with quick setting glue; fill any gaps with epoxy or hobby putty.
