TERMS of SALE

    1. Methods of payment-
      1. Payment with order: Money Order, Cashier Check or Personal Checks. Currently, credit card use is acceptable via PayPal only (please see below).
        NOTE: Florida residents must include 7% sales tax.

        PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL!
      2. Special Orders: A 10% deposit is required. When your order is ready, an invoice will be sent to you for payment. When payment is received, I will ship your order.
      3. Credit Card Order: PayPal only Make payments with PayPal - it's fast, free and secure!

      PayPal payments are sent via email.

    2. Minimum Order- There is no minimum order.
    3. Prices
      1. Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. The current prices are listed.
      2. Special Sales & Auctions
    4. Defective or Broken Merchandise- My policy is to iether replace or credit your next order for the value of any merchandise that you receive broken or damaged; in some instances of "rare" or "one-of-a-kind" items, repair may be an option if mutually acceptable. Return the damaged merchandise and you will be contacted so that we can work out fair and equitable terms within my policy.
    5. Returns, Cancellations, Credits & Refunds-
      • Returns of merchandise for reasons other than breakage/defect must be approved in advance.
      • There is a 10% re-stocking fee which may be waived in advance.
      • Cancellations of pending orders must be in writing.
      • All prepayments or credits will be applied to your next order.
    6. Shipping & handling- These charges include the costs of packaging, shipping, insurance, & handling:
      • Orders to/under     $100  S&H is $6.00
      • Orders $101.00 to $400 S&H is $10.00
      • Orders $401.00 to $700 S&H is $15.00
      • Orders $701.00 to $1000 S&H is $20.00
      • Orders over $1000.00 S&H is 3% of Total
      • There are additional charges for COD or Overnight Services
      • Overseas orders please contact me for shipping cost quote


    7. Delivery Time - 4 to 7 days for in-stock items; 2-6 weeks for requests, depending on order size; I will notify you if it will take longer.
